Do you accept wholesale/custom orders?

I make wholesale orders depending on the buyer and the purpose of the sale. I make custom orders all the time; please don't hesitate to reach out if you need a custom order.

What is the estimated time for a custom order?

Accepted Answer

The processing time for a custom order is 4-5 weeks for cold process soaps and 3 weeks for melt and pour soaps.

Is the price I see under each picture for one bar of soap, or for the amount in the picture?
Yes, the price listed is per bar of soap or body butter. We offer discounts on orders of 10 products or more. Please reach out to us so we can create a custom discount.

Can I request the soaps I receive on my sample pack?

Accepted Answer

Yes, reach out or leave a comment when making your order, and if available, we will provide the samples you need. If the bar sample you want is not available, we will let you know.

How often do you have new products?

Accepted Answer

We release a collection every month with approximately 4 different bars. Besides that, we always make our best sellers to have them in stock.

How often do I need to use my soaps when I buy them?

Accepted Answer

We recommend using your products within the first 6 months and keeping them in a room with a suitable temperature as they do not have any preservatives. All products have a shelf life of 1 year after purchase.

Do you accept returns? Can I get a refund?

Accepted Answer

Unfortunately, due to the nature of our products, we do not accept any returns or offer refunds. If you have an issue with an order, please reach out to us, and we will help you as we can.
